🤍 How long does shipping take? Standard delivery takes 6-8 business days within major cities. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

🤍 Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, COD is available for all orders. You pay when you receive your product.

🤍 What are the shipping charges? We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000. Orders below that have a flat Rs. 200 shipping fee.

🤍 Can I track my order? Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

🤍 What if my product arrives damaged? Report damage within 48 hours with photos. We'll review your case within 24 hours. If approved, a replacement is shipped within 3-5 business days, or a full refund is issued within 7-10 business days.

 

Returns & Refunds

🤍 What is your return policy? 7-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

🤍 How do I return a product? Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days. Ship the product to our address at your cost. Once received, we'll inspect and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

🤍 Do I pay for return shipping? Yes, customers cover return shipping costs for all returns. We'll provide our return address once you contact us.

🤍 When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🤍 Is my payment information secure? Yes, we use secure payment gateways. We never store your card details.

🤍 What payment methods do you accept? Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and all major debit/credit cards.
